SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Preparation
Each piece is handcrafted, inspected, and packaged with the utmost care.
Preparation time is 3 to 5 business days from payment confirmation.
The total delivery time within Spain (preparation + shipping) may range from 4 to 9 business days, depending on destination and order volume.
2. Shipping & Transit Times
Shipments within Spain are handled via Correos España.
Estimated transit times (after the order has been dispatched):

Mainland Spain: 1–4 business days

Balearic Islands: 3–5 business days

Canary Islands: 4–6 business days

European Union: 2–7 business days
-
International: 2–5 business days
(These timeframes refer to transport only and begin once the parcel has been handed over to Correos).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout according to destination and parcel weight.

Mainland Spain: from €9.26

Other regions: the cost will be shown before completing your order
Free shipping within Mainland Spain on orders over €100.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your Correos tracking number, so you can check the delivery status at any time.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship within the European Union and internationally.
If the system does not allow shipping to your location, please email us at pedidos@bonnetstudio.es.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
For this reason, we have established the following returns policy for our ceramic pieces:
1. Returns by withdrawal (change of mind)

You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return it, without the need to provide any reason.

Items must be returned in perfect condition and securely packaged using suitables protective packaging to ensure safe transport and prevent any damage.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, once the piece has been received and inspected in our studio (maximum refund period: 14 days from receipt and verification).
2. Returns for items damaged in transit

If your order arrives broken or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of both the packaging and the damaged piece.

Please keep the piece and its original packaging as received — do not handle or attempt to repair it, as both are required as proof for the shipping claim.

To resolve the issue, we offer two options:

A full refund of the amount paid, or
-
A replacement piece, shipped at no additional cost.

To process the refund or replacement, the return of the damaged piece may be required; we will arrange the pickup or provide instructions for return if applicable.
Claims for pieces that have been repaired by the customer will not be accepted.
3. Return procedure

Contact us by email (pedidos@bonnetstudio.es) including: order number, reason for return, and photos in case of damage.

We will confirm the return shipping cost (in case of withdrawal) and provide return instructions.

Once the piece is received and its condition verified in our studio, the refund or replacement will be processed within the stated timeframe.

Returns sent without prior authorization or with charges due will not be accepted.
