You may request the cancellation of your order using this form. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will proceed with the cancellation and the corresponding refund. If the order has already been shipped, the request will be treated as an exercise of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with our Returns Policy. The direct cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer. The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received.
